Mission of JAN-POL DMC Poland
Our mission is to showcase Poland as a country where natural heritage meets cultural richness, guided by verified standards of responsible management. As a Travelife Partner, we strive to integrate environmental and social considerations into the custom itineraries we design. We craft journeys that create lasting memories and invite our clients to discover Poland – its history, diverse landscapes and welcoming people – while respecting the places and traditions that make it special.
Here is how we build responsibility into our custom group programmes:
• Choosing suppliers with care: Where information is available, we look at the sustainability practices and certifications of our accommodation and transport partners, giving preference to those who can demonstrate them.
• Supporting local communities: We aim to work with locally owned businesses, regional suppliers and licensed local guides, ensuring that tourism benefits the people and regions hosting our guests.
• Offering lower-impact options: Where feasible, we suggest low-emission travel options such as rail connections between major cities and design itineraries that optimize travel routes to avoid unnecessary transfers.
Every custom request is unique, so we explore sustainability opportunities case by case, always aiming to reduce the environmental footprint of the programmes we deliver.

Travelife Partner Recognition
JAN-POL DMC Poland is proud to hold the Travelife Partner recognition, an award within the internationally recognised Travelife sustainability management programme for tour operators. This status confirms that our internal management systems and business practices comply with 60 sustainability criteria evaluated through an independent assessment.

Inspires Project
We are proud to participate in the INSPIRES project (Initiatives for Sustainable Innovative Practices, Resilience, and Empowerment in Tourism SMEs). Co-funded by the European Union and supported by the Podkarpackie Region, this initiative supports us in showcasing our Travelife-certified approach to sustainable event management, strengthening our digital capabilities, and taking part in elevating the sustainability of tourism in Poland.
